Context
jobpilot is an automated job-search pipeline. It covers discovery, matching, preparation of tailored application packages, Telegram approval, and browser submission. The project is used as a personal automation workflow.
Problem
Job searching involves repeated steps, but submitting an application is a decision point. The workflow needed to prepare material for review while retaining a deliberate approval step before a browser submits anything.
Approach
- Discover potential jobs through the pipeline.
- Match jobs against the available profile information.
- Prepare a tailored application package for a selected opportunity.
- Send the proposed package for approval in Telegram.
- Submit through a browser only after approval.
Outcome
The workflow combines discovery, matching, package preparation, review, and submission in one sequence. Telegram is the approval boundary between preparation and browser submission, so a person decides whether a prepared application proceeds.
